It’s all good news
COVID POLICY: We have a COVID safe protocol. During the 2020 restrictions, all passengers received a 100% full refund. This means 100% solid cash back and we did not lock anyone in with a credit to be used at a later date. Ask around. Did anyone else offer this?
Since this COVID business is still on people’s minds a bit, we want to put your mind at ease. Our policies are really simple. If we as a tour operator or yourself can’t go ahead with a tour due to COVID, we want to give you that same 100% cash back we honored all of our passenegers in 2020.
TOUR RESTRCTIONS:
Should there be a State or Federal directive, we cannot re-direct and the tour can’t start at all; you’ll get your $ back. During the tour should a directive be in order, don’t worry. We’re well connected in the industry and the likely outcome is, you’ll have an added “mystry tour” component. Just becuase we want to keep things interesting.
PERSONAL RESTRCTIONS:
Should you be unable to travel because of a State or Federal directive, we will require a photo of your Driver’s Licecnse (or similar) to prove your residence restriction. You’ll get your $ back.
YOU’RE COVID19+:
No worries at all. We want you to keep that one to yourself. We will need a notification stating your positive status as your reason for not attending your tour with us and you’ll get your $ back. Rest up, recover and join us when you’re ready to go again!
YOU PRESENT GERMY:
Here’s the thing, if you turn up for a tour and you have cold or ‘flu-like symptoms, we can’t have you on board. Nothing personal. Everyone will appreciate it too. This does include sinus, asthma and emphysema symptoms as an example. We aren’t Doctors and can’t tell what is what. If we refuse you because of this, you’ll get your $ back.
Rest up, recover and we’ll catch you when you’re ready to go again.
We’re good communicators. Let us know as soon as possible should your circumstances change and we’ll do the same. We take our tours seriously and we’re confident in our abilities to deliver quality tours on time and in the full.
